Tom Update

We are a little over halfway through the deployment now, so I thought I'd let Tom give you an update of what he's been up to lately. You may have seen some of these pictures on the news recently...

We flew a couple of Senators from Iraq to Jordan the other day. One of them was some guy from Illinois, can’t really remember what his name was, but they took lots of pictures of him! Was a great flight, and all the pilots had to be used to complete the mission. The squadron did great and executed it perfectly. Can’t remember when we all had this much fun, but it really made the month of July enjoyable.

These past couple months have gone by pretty fast. And I'm surprised at how well I've been handling it so far. It does make me feel better to know that Tom is a great pilot and the men he works with really know what they're doing. They are definitely changing the way people think about the Osprey.

Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers until his squadron is back home safely. It's amazing what these guys do on a daily basis. And they do it so selflessly. I'm very proud that my husband is out there defending our freedom.
