Well, the day finally came. Tom deployed last week and is now somewhere over in Iraq. It was hard to say goodbye for 7 months, but I know the time will fly and he'll be back before I know it. At least that's what I'm hoping for! (It may look like I am happy in this picture, but I didn't wear mascara on purpose that day just so I could post at least one picture on the blog.)
