Our neighbors, Derron and Diana, just got a new German Shepherd puppy. Her name is Meesha and she's 8 weeks old. We tried to introduce her to Cuc's and Bella, but Meesha didn't know what to think about Cuc's. So, I'll wait for Tom to get back before the official meeting happens. I'm sure she and Bella will be quick friends, though.
The original base housing gang went out to dinner at Outback tonight. Kind of a pick-me-up dinner for Jen, because Joe just left, and kind of a getting-excited dinner for the rest of us, because our guys are coming home. It was nice to all be out together again. We shared lots of stories about children and marriage and life in general. It reminds me how wonderful it is to have military wives in my life:)
